The same path is that they all have to focus on the culture of winning companies and winning teams.
We build our business with hard work and dedication- ours and that of our teammates. Our success is impacted by our own talent and labor, but we can’t do it alone. We need a lot of help, and as business grows, we depend more and more on the talent and effort of others.
Each one of us is a major player; all players share their thoughts, experiences and ideas with all levels of the organization. All players formulate winning strategies and maximize the contribution from each team member.
As for agents of MGI and Loan Officers of MLG as well, we have implanted the concept of entrepreneurship, working toward financial freedom, we want each one of you to be a major player.

With all effort, I have shared my strategies with many managers, team leaders that we need to focus in our core businesses. MILI covers three major industries of this nation: Real Estate, Mortgage and Insurance.
Many of us forgot the acronym of MILI, Mortgage and Insurance Link to Investment. MILI was born with this and will last with this. No matter how people look at the economy, the reaction depends on the individual. You look at it negatively, or you positively take advantage of the situation. As you already knew, positive is always better. Using Reverse Mortgage programs as a door opener to sell insurance, which is Mortgage & Insurance (Link to Investment or MILI). Short sales situation is an opportunity to help the homeowners or to buy at a huge discount.  It is just a matter of how you look at them.

In our routine functions, we will balance equally three areas:
1.- Technical trainings with quality hands-on classes, workshops;
2.- Motivational trainings;
3.- Base-shop/team assessment meetings where we will check, test and evaluate our performance and our production.

We have our pre-established goals, in the implementation phase, when it’s time to execute, the imperative is to get the very most out of each and every player. Leaders are not just the CEO or Vice Presidents, leaders are also from any level of an organization. To become a leader is not easy but it is feasible.
